Best Taco Bell in Wichita Falls. The food is always hot and they get it right the first time. I might have wait few minute but it is well worth it. I love all the staff there. They are never mean or rude. Keep it up.

Whoever the guy was at the window on 8/30/2022 at 8:30 pm literally saved this Taco Bell for me. It was the first time in months that I haven't immediately been told to "hold on" or listed 40 different things that were not available, sometimes because they were frozen, not missing. I understand occasionally being out of things, but every single evening is a lot. 4 stars for this guy, please give him a raise or make him manager.

I absolutely love this Taco Bell location. It has amazing food and amazing service. Every time I visit this place I get my food fresh and not it is something because most places you get cold food or something in your orders cold however I always get hot food here. And the workers are always very courteous and very nice and they're very quick about what they do. I honestly do not think that there's another drive-thru of any kind of food place that is as fast as this one is while keeping their quality and their standards. So the next time you're in town or on Southwest parkway Wichita Falls you might stop by and see what you think too.

We had never used the giant touch screen to order before, and the manager there was extremely helpful in teaching us how to use it. He was very personable. The food was better than last time we bought stuff- they ran outta almost everything, told us, but we ordered anyways, like goobers. Taco Bell standards were met.

I had no expectations when i came. The lady at the drive through window was very nice and accomodating. I asked for potatoes instead of meat on my breakfast burrito. Also had coffee. It was very deli ious! I am a foodie and very picky but it was very good. Coffee was as good or better than the fancy foo foo coffees. I will definitely be back!

Wow, I am a new fan of Taco bell. The quality and taste of food is exceptional. Customer service is top. My first visit was on December 22 , 2018, and I ordered 1 mini skillet Bowl, and I only had that much money to pay. I enjoyed the quality of service and food and I was pleased my money was spent on that little bowl of wonders. Will go back there forever.

I walked in with me and my aunt, friend. The lady up front went to the kiosk to put in everything for us, she did not have to do that but she did. Everyone there was very nice and pleasant.
